Problem
Keyshade was launching their MVP but the UX was having lot of friction and extra step. The UI was made on top of Shadcn but didn't follow the right brand standard and quality for the company.




My Responsibilities
- Created a Design System for them with updated colours and components from scratch.
- Reworked on couple UX Flow after sitting with internal team and after talking with couple of pilot users.
- Upgraded their website with a new look.
- Massive UI / Visual elements added or changed based on requirements and integrated posthog for better understanding of users.
- Worked accross few marketing campaign section with them.

Created a Design System for them with updated colours and components from scratch.
